A Language revolves because of technology,cultural mingling influenced by other languages,appearance of Cultural and Language Pride like clothes where the attire is also mixed with others like developing skin trousers and skirts.The original skin were just a wrap around.If you look at the scots men and women used to "wear" skirts but as the tine went on they modified their clothes although the structure is still the same. So, these clothes had to be associated with language used, had to be used,had to be modified across all the cultures in order to "suit" the times. I'm not against that the culture should evolve but rudeness,disrepect language which is accompanied by Liqour sometimes.
