The scope of a language

We are living in the world where people have different languages.The questions which I have are
1.Is it wise to communicate a local language to foreign people?
2.How do you feel when the foreign language is communicated to you by the foreigners?
3.How do people  feel when  a foreign  language is spoken in public places?
4.Can a language be a source of conflict?
5.How many languages must be spoken  in the office?

What happens  when 
-a manager  speaks a foreign language 
-You are in love with a foreigner who speaks a foreign language?
Where  does the language doesn't matter!
-Sports
-Music
-Art
-Road signs
-Sign language 
-Financial exchange

Let me come again 
1.It depends where you are,how needy those People but there are those who will welcome reseverdly.So it may kill your business and relationship.

2.Some People become suspicious with your accent not to mention your language and painfully you may lose the business deal or even the clients might  disappear slowly.

3.When the foreign language is spoken in public 
-May disturb other members of the public emotionally.
-The public become unease.

4.Source or not source of conflict 
The language becomes a conflict when the resources are mismanaged particularly the public resources like appointments especially in the multiracial country even if they have same language but differ with the skin colour.

5.There must be a common language in the office.Otherwise,it can cause uneasiness and negative attitude which will slow the production.

Manager with a  Foreigner 
There are two prejudices 
1.The  staff might be unease.
2.The second one which is worse of  them all to speak a foreign language with some staff members where other staff members don't know the  foreign language.
It causes division.
3.If you are in love with a foreigner learn to love
and accept the partner's  foreign language.

Language does not matter
-Sports
The competition is based on anatomy functioning,
focus and determination.
-Music
We all love the music.
It's a language on its own through harmony with 
different tones.Take  for instance a classic music.
Some companies allow their members to put 
earphones with a belief to make the workers to be more productive.
Art
Art brings the internal language of appreciation like www.artpal.com/ncapaimakaula.It cuts across in all  people.A photo,dance,mime speak the universal language.
Road Signs
The Road signs  are universal.
The signs which you see daily on the road speak the Road Language.The Robots are universal.
Sign languages.

Financial Exchange 
Think about the Financial Advisor.
There are three languages which you must understand.
1.The Human Language 
2.The Financial language 
3.The transaction language.

Once you miss one of the above languages,you might be crooked.You must know that when you interact with  the Financial Adverse,you are being 
assessed privately.
Beware of the type of questions which you are asking.Before you sign anything take it to others
who could understand the content better

Whatever you express bodywise,vocal is embodied in your Actions There are  two types  of Actions which  you will never hide.Your emotions will reveal your character. So, the People understand your reaction better which is showed by your facial expression, smiling,anger, dissatisfaction  and satisfaction. That's why your words are matched with your actions.It is worse when you are a manager,Dad or Mum.Thats how God made us. Your words matches your body even if you try to pretend one of your body part will reveal  your hidden character. My advice is  be original. If you decide to be good,be good.
