Importance of Communication

I have an interesting story which I eavesdropped when I was 10 years old.I boarded a bus with three men.They were talking around.The three men were planning a meeting.A short Guy told the tall Guy that he must keep quiet because he had a "bad Language"

The middle Guy  aged Guy was regarded as a  Person who had a moderate language.

What I learned was that:                                   1.Importance of Language.                               2.The strategy of Communication.                   3.The Ultimum goal is to achieve success.     4.The Right Language.                                         5.The Relevant Language.

1.Importance of Language.                                People who speak the same language are prepared to listen to each other.

2.The Strategy of Communication.                  You  must know when,what to say at a particular time.

3.The Ultimum Goal.                                         The Ultimum goal is to be taken serious.   That's why we keep on modifying what we      say.

4.The Right Language.                                        The Right Language includes what is acceptable,listening to.

5.The Relevant Language.                                  It simple means stay in the topic and be logic and that requires  a good language.

Whatever you express bodywise,vocal is embodied in your Actions There are  two types  of Actions which  you will never hide.Your emotions will reveal your character. So, the People understand your reaction better which is showed by your facial expression, smiling,anger, dissatisfaction  and satisfaction. That's why your words are matched with your actions.It is worse when you are a manager,Dad or Mum.Thats how God made us.
