A Language  revolves because  of technology,cultural  mingling influenced by other  languages,appearance of Cultural and Language  Pride like clothes  where the attire is also  mixed  with others like developing  skin  trousers  and skirts.The original  skin were just a wrap around.If you look at the scots men and women used to "wear" skirts but as the tine went on they modified  their clothes although  the structure  is still the same. I have made a research about the Sign Language.What I have discovered that everybody should know the Sign Language. You can practice it to anybody.I also believe that it should not be for "special people" only.It merged  with all types of Literature be  in business, advertising,comedy and daily communication using the gesture to any one. When I talk about the language is not exactly the words which one utters.To me a Language includes approach,tone,clarity,focus of course embraced by the Culture and the original words.
